This is my boat, named the Minerva. It looks small in the picture, but it's actually 12 feet
long. I can stretch out in it quite comfortably alone, or I can fit 5-6 people inside. I have paddles for it, as well as an electric motor that is pretty weak.
I have enjoyed the Minerva since I bought her in May of 1998. My favorite thing to do is to paddle her out to a buoy maybe 100 yards from shore, moor there, and just float in the sunshine. Earlier this year, I was informed by a rather unfriendly policeman that that is illegal; so now I keep watch for police boats while on the water.
